Based on River Street since the Truro Arts Company opened. Fresh salads, soups, baked potatoes, quiches and sandwiches cooked from the cafe kitchen. Coffee, tea and soft drinks. Busy at lunch but the team manage the rush well. Open Monday to Saturday 9am to 4:30pm, Sunday 10:30am to 4pm.

Lunch, coffee and art on River Street
Arts Cafe sits inside the Truro Arts Company on River Street, so a fresh salad or a baked potato comes with an art shop, a gallery and workshops in the same building.
The kitchen makes everything by hand: salads, soups, baked potatoes, quiches and sandwiches, with a specials board most days, plus coffee, tea and cake. There are comfy sofas, a wood burner for the colder months and a terrace for the sunny ones. The room is licensed and dogs are welcome.

Had two nice baked potatoes and a pot of tea for two here today. Not too busy. Drinks were served very quickly with food only a couple of minutes later. Good price for what we had too. Will return and recommend to anyone visiting Truro.
While walking through Truro and needing to find somewhere for lunch my family and I came across this place. It is a fantastic cafe with an art shop. The food and drinks menu were good. There was also a specials board. We had drinks and light lunches which were amazing. It was very very busy and they were short staffed but they managed the lunchtime service amazingly. Our food was lovely.
